MELISSA
II is a dress for the big girl. The front skirt is split to the shortened yoke
with the right front skirt overlapping the left skirt and edges of both skirts
curved from the hem to the yoke. The skirt is knee length. Four collars are
included: Peter Pan, round, square and scalloped. The puff sleeves are gathered
on a band.
