KATELYN
is a waisted dress with a gathered skirt which can be smocked with the smocking
design included. Four collars are included: Peter Pan, square, round and octagon.
The full short sleeve can be smocked or gathered on a band. The bib, which fastens
at the waist with tabs, fabric ties or ribbons, has an optional graduated ruffle.
A variation for the bib is also included to accommodate an insert.
